In the Blink of an Eye: False Eyelashes Under 10£
I just put up a YouTube video on my SHUMIDEE channel on how to apply falsies for a beginner" check that out for my best tips on how to easily and quickly apply falsies! You can check out the tutorial here: https://youtu.be/cT-u4VK71No
I also wanted to share some of my favourite eyelashes and eyelash brands! Whilst putting together this list, I realized that all of my favourite eyelashes are super affordable. As a beginner, I would be happier to trial cheap eyelashes rather than mistakenly waste a pair of expensive eyelashes. So this is the perfect blog post to go with my tutorial!
1. KOKO LASHES - they range from around 7 - 11£. My favourite pairs are the 'Flirty' lash 'Queen B' lash and the '107' lash. The bands on each of these lashes are on the thinner side, so they're easy to put on and move around the eye. They look super full and thick, which is hard to find with thin bands. You can use them upto 8 times if maintained well! Here's a link https://falseeyelashes.co.uk/products/koko-lashes-107
2. ARDELL LASHES - The demi wispies are my faves, 5.49£ for a pair, or you can get a set of 5 for about 12£. You can never go wrong with the Ardell Demi Wispies, they look great with a simple look or a dramatic eye. Super beginner friendly because there is almost no lash band, its very thin. These can be used quite a few times as well, just as long as they are maintained well. http://www.boots.com/ardell-fashion-lash-demi-wispies-false-eyelashes-10099662
3. PRIMARK LASHES - The 'Sultry' lash from Primark Beauty has quickly become one of my favourite lashes, they also have a pair called the 'Natural' which is pretty too but the Sultry pair are just on another level. They look like wispy lashes and give a full lash effect. They are only 1£ so they're a great bargain! The only downside is that they can tear easily if you aren't careful and you cant use them more than a couple times. Even if you're very gentle with them, they're a bit too fragile. I couldn't find them online but you can go into stores and they're almost always stocked up!
4. EYELURE LASHES - These lashes are beautiful, they have a good selection of lashes but my favourite pair would have to be the #100. The band is super thin yet again, and the lashes are more straight, rather than flared out. They look really good with a more simple eye look. These can also be used multiple times!
Have you tried any of these lashes? If so, which ones are your favourites? Do you have any other lash recommendations?
If so, leave them in the comments :)
